Lahore, Pakistan – Avanceon is completing a project for bringing seven new wells online for one of the top Oil & Gas producing fields in Pakistan. Avanceon’s scope of work includes design, engineering, procurement, supply, installation, and commissioning of Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) and related instrumentation for seven new wellheads and their integration with existing Distributed Control System (DCS).

The detailed scope of the project includes:
- Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) at each new wellhead
- Wireless Radio Communication between wellhead RTUs and main master station
- Complete Instrumentation of wellhead i.e. Pressure & Temperature Transmitters, Pneumatic & Hydraulic switches, and solenoid valves at upstream and downstream of wellhead flow line
- Existing master station’s DCS configuration and integration with new wellheads
- Upgradation of existing UHF Systems for both existing and new wellheads
- Explosion Proof Junction Boxes
- Fire & Gas Detectors
- Solar system for well sites
- Complete cabling and tubing work at all well sites
- Installation and Civil work at all Well Head sites
- Construction of Redundant earthing system at each well
- Project services include:
- Design and engineering
- Procurement
- Supply and Installation
- Startup and commissioning
- Documentation
