Brief Description
Qatar Fertilizer Company – (QAFCO) at Mesaieed in State of Qatar needed to replace existing LV switchboard 4.9 for Jetty-1. The scope of work included the detailed design, development, supply and commissioning of the PLC based system for their MCC control for Jetty Flow Switch Gear. Control design was based on Rockwell Automation/Allen Bradley’s ControlLogix Programmable Automation Controllers / Adapters and flex I/Os.The challenge of the project included to provide PLC based control system solution.
Design, engineering, supply, installation & commissioning of PLC/HMI system at TS & PS sites
Panel Manufacturing for TS & PS sites
Integrated FAT (for complete solution offered)
RTU configuration, assembly, testing and supply of RTU panels
Installation of complete hardware
Commission of all BV and CP sites along with assistance at MCC & AMCC
