Compassionate Leaves
All permanent and contractual employees are entitled to compassionate or bereavement leaves which is in addition to casual/sick and annual leaves.
Compassionate leaves can be taken when a member of an employee’s immediate family* or household passes away or suffers a life-threatening illness or injury and requires extensive medical care.
*Immediate family of an employee includes spouse, child, parent, sibling, grandparent and grandchild
Pay Continuation Plan
The demise of the bread earner can have a debilitating effect on a household. To ensure that none of our employee’s families have to worry about their finances, the employee’s life insurance policy includes the Pay Continuation Plan.
In addition to employee benefits, in the event of an employee’s demise, the grieved family will receive 50% of the employee’s monthly gross salary for a period of ten years.
Education Allowance Policy
At Avanceon we believe education can be a means to a tolerant and prosperous society. To facilitate our employees’ children education in reputable institutes, we help in meeting associated costs. Avanceon has developed an education allowance policy which does not discriminate based on grades or cadres and is the same for all, across the board.
For our support staff, we have a separate CSR initiative in which we cover all the educational expenses of their children till graduation. From admission to their tuition fee and pick n drop expenses, everything is covered by Avanceon.

Let’s keep those synapses firing at full cylinders. At Avanceon, we provide daily gourmet lunches at heavily subsidized rates with an optional healthy menu. We also have free servings of seasonal fruits twice a day to keep our employees fresh. Along with delicious and nutritious chow, Avanceoners have access to all the tea and coffee their heart desires.
